Blaze’s journey in the marine industry began early—turning wrenches at 15 and managing dealerships by his early 20's. Over the years, he’s built a reputation for driving growth, inspiring teams, and forging strong relationships across every segment of the business. From mechanical service and boat manufacturing to retail sales and OEM operations, Blaze’s hands-on background gives him a 360-degree understanding of what drives success in today’s marine marketplace.
